Our return policy is 45 days from delivery.  Your item must be in the same packaging and condition as it was sent and received in (please take pictures if damaged and include in your email to us).  Standard Shipping and Handling Charges will apply to any refunds or exchanges being made.  Returns MUST be accompanied by original receipt or order confirmation email to ensure refund/exchange.

Books, Gift Certificates, Sale Items, Notions, and Crochet Hooks and Knitting Needles. Manufacturer Defects will be accepted.

Once your return is received on our end, you will receive an email to confirm it has been received.  The returned items will be inspected to ensure it is correct item returned.  If a refund is deemed, a refund will be applied as per your original method of payment within seven days.
